Bye bye baby belly

Day 1 - 134lbs (yesterday) ate healthy all day 👍 very little wheat and carbs. The best part is I got a lot of exercise! I chased David around all day and finished sheet rocking the laundry room. 134 lbs

Day 2- 134lbs- ate healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner! Exercise consisted of: chasing David ALL day, sanding sheetrock, 2 loads of laundry to the laundry mat, shopping at the mall w/ Noelle in the Ergo and, chasing David 🏃

  1. Oh girl..is it bad that your present weight is only 4 lbs off my goal weight? UGH!
    I will be honest, for the first time with a person I know. I have 50 lbs to get to that weight.
    And the sad thing is, I've already lost 47 lbs.
    I'll get there though.
    This week I am journaling my food again,eating super well and jogging 2 miles while doing my Jillian's 30 day shred.

  2. you go girl!! good for you!! i am trying to figure out a cardio plan. im not getting much in with these 2 babes :) as soon as the weather is nice i will be outdoor as much as possible. for now i have to figure out some indoor exercises!

  3. It's SO hard to get as a momma! Super hard. And thank goodness for my honey who sends me out for my run every day, or there is NO WAY I would get it in. Someone told me of a video for running in the house, 4 miles, constantly a new thing and it helped them loose 50 lbs. Going to look into it for these next few cold months.
